and by the way: the law of the strongest is crap. ppl are to dumb(often especially "strong ppl") and egoistic to live a HARMONIC life without real rules (like laws). even with it, they dont...
those strong ppl would propably USE&ABUSE their strength to become mighty. and many ppl are to devot to disempower those strong/mighty ppl.

It's fun to have rules to break. That's the best way I've come to sort of perceive things. I've had a fun time vandalizing things, doing drugs, pulling pranks, and being an all around crazy kid.

Anarchy is not the absence of rules. It's the absence of imposed rules. Without a government, you would have to be able to govern yourself.
If you cannot imagine this to be possible, the logic conclusion you will get to is that anarchy is the rule of the strongest or the rule of the mob. And this is possibly also what anarchy would lead to if realized today.
Sadly, I had to come to the conclusion that humans are not ready to exist without external enforcement without leaping at each other.
